Effective date: August 14, 2026

How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your interaction with the Seinote Early Access website, email hello@seinote.ca with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

What To Include

Please include the email address or contact information you used with Seinote, the approximate date of your interaction, and a short description of what you want deleted. Do not include medical records, clinical notes, therapy details or patient information in the request.

What Data This Page Covers

This page covers data related to the public marketing website at marketing.seinote.ca, including Early Access marketing interactions, campaign attribution and related website records that Seinote can reasonably identify.

If your request relates to a logged-in account at seinote.com, state that clearly in your email so it can be routed to the appropriate product or account workflow.

Verification

Seinote may need to verify that the requester is connected to the data before completing access, correction or deletion requests. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion or disclosure.

Deletion Process

After receiving a request, Seinote will review the request, identify relevant records where reasonably possible, and delete or de-identify eligible data unless retention is required for security, operational, legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons.

Third-Party Data

Some advertising, analytics or hosting data may also be processed by third-party providers such as Google, Meta, Vercel, Supabase or the Seinote application domain. Where data is controlled by a third party, you may also need to use that provider's privacy tools or contact process.

Advertising Identifiers

Requests may relate to marketing attribution information such as UTMs, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, browser identifiers, device data or campaign interaction records. Seinote will handle such requests according to the data it can reasonably access and identify.

Clinical And Patient Information

The public Early Access marketing website is not intended to collect medical records, clinical notes, protected health information, diagnosis details, therapy session content or client files. Do not send patient or clinical information by email when making a deletion request.

More information about website privacy and data handling is available in the Privacy Policy.
